An email was sent last week notifying all owners that the Annual Meeting date has changed to April 20th, 2026, at 6:00 PM.
Enclosed is the meeting notice with Letter from Board, Agenda, Proxy, Candidate Forms and the proposed document amendments that will be discussed during the Townhall portion of the meeting. A copy of this notice may be found by visiting your homeowner portal in the Meeting notice folder.
If you cannot attend in person, please be sure to complete and sign your proxy and email it to info@psprop.net no later than 12 PM on April 20th so that we ensure you are counted towards quorum.
